Your enquiry information
Preparing an email draft stays on your device. If you choose Send to Chroma, we collect your name, email, optional company and service choices, project message, and source page; the contact page also includes optional timing and budget. We use these details to respond and discuss your project. Online enquiries are stored in a private company-owned Google Sheet using Google services. Restricted security records help prevent spam and duplicate submissions. Only authorised Chroma staff and service providers supporting this process should have access. We keep enquiries only as needed for the conversation, business records and applicable obligations; ask us about your enquiry’s retention. To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@chroma.agency. We may need to verify your request. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
Email drafts pass to your selected provider only when you choose its link; its privacy policy applies. WhatsApp contact, when available, opens WhatsApp without copying form contents; WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies. A short-lived submission token and restricted counters are used for abuse prevention.
